Timbrecon Renovations was hired and challenged to turn a dark, wet basement into a functional and usable space. Homeowner has lived here for a while and basement has been a place to store items and nothing else. Timbrecon Renovations was able to mitigate water problems and various issues to turn basement into a beautiful and bright functional basement. Basement floor was leveled and sealed before installing subfloor panels. Walls and ceilings were painted a bright neutral color and lvl vinyl planks were installed on the floor. The homeowner wanted an accent wall, so Timbrecon Renovations installed Rock Ridge Ledger Stone to accent wall and installed a 60" Sierra Electric fireplace. Basement is now bright and usable and ready to entertain!
