Policies
At Timbrecon Renovations, I believe clear expectations lead to smooth, stress‑free projects. The policies below outline how I schedule work, handle payments, coordinate licensed trades, and communicate throughout your renovation. My goal is to make every step of the process transparent, organized, and straightforward.
Estimates & Project Proposals
I provide free, no‑obligation estimates for homeowners in Wilmington and the surrounding Northeast Massachusetts area. All estimates outline the scope of work, materials, and projected timelines so you know exactly what to expect before the project begins.
Scheduling & Project Start Dates
Start dates are scheduled based on current workload and material availability. Once your project is on the calendar, I’ll keep you updated on any changes and confirm the start date as we get closer.
Payments
A deposit is required to secure your project on the schedule. Additional payments are typically made at key stages of the project, with the final balance due upon completion. All payment terms will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
Change Orders
If you decide to add or modify work after the project begins, a written change order will be provided. This ensures pricing, materials, and timeline adjustments are clear before any additional work is done.
Licensed Trades
All plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other specialty work is performed by licensed professionals. I coordinate all trades to keep your project running smoothly and ensure everything meets local building codes.
Materials & Product Selection
You’re welcome to choose your own fixtures, finishes, and materials, or I can help guide you through the selection process. If materials are back‑ordered or discontinued, I’ll notify you right away and help find suitable alternatives.
Project Access & Home Preparation
For interior projects, I ask that the work area be clear and accessible before the project begins. If you have pets, please make arrangements to keep them safe and out of the workspace.
Clean‑Up
I maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project. At the end of each day, tools and materials are secured, and debris is removed. A full clean‑up is completed once the project is finished.
Communication
Clear communication is a priority. I’ll keep you updated throughout the project and encourage you to reach out anytime with questions or concerns.
Warranty
Workmanship is guaranteed. If any issues arise related to the work performed, contact me and I’ll make it right. Warranty details may vary depending on materials and manufacturer coverage.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify me as soon as possible. Deposits may be non‑refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
If you have any questions about these policies, feel free to reach out through the Contact page.
